i know the dress is low cut...but, seriously. doesn't she have a stylist to think of these things? why didn't the sesame street people think of this at the time?? I think its really cool and that katy's bubblegum pop personality is perfect for sesame street. then again, she did kiss a girl and she is marrying russell brand.
